"Very usefull for a short or long stay, on the outskirts of Caen, only a 15 minute drive from the ferry and just off the ringroad. Fully equipped kitchenette in room, large conforrable bed and large tv (french chanels)"

"The staff at the Brit were extremely welcoming and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed we were not able to have a hot drink in the room. Despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee they only provided small shot glasses for drinks which was extremely odd! There was also no fridge in the room which we needed to keep milk for our baby. "

"Cheap no frills place to stay. Basically just a large room with a bed and a bit of storage and nothing else (so no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge etc). Nice but basic breakfast included as well, and plenty of parking.That is all we needed though really for our stay and for the price it is excellent. We got 2 rooms and they had a connected door between them which made things a lot nicer and easier. There are some very nice and reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance as well. Excellent value for money"
