「Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. 」

「Nice property, which is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and amenities on Lake Como. Staff was very helpful and the room was very well appointed. However, I recommend that if you are a light sleeper, you avoid the first floor and terrace rooms. The room itself is very nice however located right next to the breakfast area and lobby, which made it quite noisy.」

「大手火車站走下來就很快到飯店，每天都有免費早餐與香濃的義大利咖啡。浴室乾濕分離。服務態度我很滿意， 泡麵要熱水很乾脆，還會問需要餐具嗎，開啤酒也問要不要啤酒杯，還給兩種size的杯子給我選，比在家還舒適。飯店附近有家樂福超市每晚九點有熟食特價，超划算，小資窮游的人記得準時去撈好貨！走路到科莫湖邊約十分鐘左右，小資悠活旅行很推薦這間飯店！」
