「First off, Melanie (desk person) was very nice and sweet. She changed my original reservation from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor since my husband had just had surgery and could walk that far. She assigned us a room close to the door. The room was spacious, very clean. I could not have asked for a better experience.」

「Wonderful experience will be staying again」

「I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy...

「It was great. Just a couple suggestions. A spare roll of toilet paper would have been great. Luckily we carry a roll in our truck. Also, the description should state that the kitchen is not stocked with anything. Seeing a kitchen with cabinets, one would think there are supplies. Ex dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies at a minimum. Loved the floating seadoo docks. 」

「The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the check in was easy. The breakfast is very basic, but not terrible. For the price of the room, it was well worth it. 」
