「Food was really good at the restaurant 」

「Room was in good condition but the bedding was almost non existent and very hard beds. Staff was good. A shuttle to the airport/cruise terminal even if it is extra pay would be nice. 」

「The lodge is located just 20 minutes boat ride from the Manaus airport, convenient yet not feel much staying in the jungle. The activites provided by the lodge are done within the area of 10 minutes boat ride, so staying three days will be enough to try all activities. 」

「There were zero amenities in the room. No fresh water and 1/2 roll of toilet paper. We could not use hotel towels at the pool and were told that we could not have an umbrella as shade because we were in a flat instead of a hotel room. We were not prepared for this experience 」

「A special hotel with elegant and interesting details. Great location, excellent staffs, fantastic restaurant and reasonable pricing...so lucky we changed our plan the last minute that we decide to stay with Villa Amazonia in Manaus to refresh up after leaving the jungle. The hotel is an oasis and a hidden gem. Minors: wifi a little bit slow.」

「Breakfast served daily even on holidays. Staff very friendly and helpful with all questions. For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. So, even during the week, but especially on the weekends, it’s noisy late. The area of the teatro and the square is fairly impoverished: plenty of vagrants,...

「No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

「We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. 」
