「Great staff 」

「Professional and Friendly Staff, Clean Room, and Delicious Breakfast.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Although the hotel was under renovation... It was spotless, my room is spacious, the staff was polite and very helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection. Very fresh food. 」

「This place was perfect size for one person I had to extend my stay for a couple days. They worked with me, unfortunately due to the storm I couldn’t ask for anything better and literally I was five minutes from the airport from Fort Hill airport and five minutes to the army base. Definitely recommend coming here. 」

「The hotel looked nothing like t he one photo they had posted at hotels.com. there were dead crickets in the bathroom and under the sink and behind the door. The room had a terrible odor and smelled of cigarette and mold. The air conditioner was dirty and you could see a yellowish smoke stain in the face of the ac unit. The shower was old and disgusting and the toilet didnt work. A lady (I'm guessing a housekeeper or desk clerk) began telling us her life story of working for the cartel and...
