"Check-in: very long delay. Staff member very disinterested. Gave us no wi-Fi info, seemed not to hear query on how to get back from rental cars. Cards placed in white envelope. Room HOT upon entry. AC struggled to cool the room. Rug was stained. Tissue box fell off the wall. Broken tile in bathroom at skirting board. Shower door could not fully close. Of the 3 lifts, one was inoperable for both days. We were on the 8th floor, so meant long waits. A particular lack of attention to detail, and customer care, especially for a Hilton."
