"Stayed 6nights in the club room and it was worth the upgrade. Property and rooms were beautiful, hot water all the time ++, the premium liquor was top shelf the staff/bartenders were overly generous w their pours. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They didn’t skip a beat. I travel regularly out the country and have stayed at plenty of all inclusive resorts and the Westin Resera was excellent, they did not disappoint. The beach was beautiful, no seaweed in sight, a lot of complimentary activities. It was a very chill, relaxing vacation and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a bday w adult family. I would 100% recommend this resort for both families and adults as the adult amenities were very separate very much enjoyed. "

"The staff are quite nice, and make the place feel like home; they are accommodating. There is coffee, tea, water, and ice available in the restaurant at all hours. Breakfast is quality, chef and staff are professional. Restaurant food is of good quality, we ordered food to our room several times, delicious, especially the papaya salad. We had the “honeymoon room”, which had a king bed, basic minimal furnishings, and non-smart TV. Wi fi worked well mostly, hot water in shower never ran out, air con and ceiling fan (a little loud) worked . This room is on the 2nd floor, with front of room balcony area shared with another room next door. There was no one in next door room for our stay, but otherwise it could have been not so great for privacy. Our room had a side balcony, but it faced directly into other rooms in building beside. There seems little privacy in any of the rooms outdoor areas, as diners in the restaurant can look directly at you. The hotel was not so busy during this time, so I felt privacy was decent. During busy times I would not be so sure. There is a lot to do in the area; this a great homebase to explore the region. We did not use the pool, but it looks ok. The property gardens are beautiful, well maintained and diverse. We saw many animals on the property, including monkeys right out front our room! "

"The house was conveniently placed between great places to eat, insanely gorgeous beaches(do yourself a favor and go to flamingo beach!) and literally 30-40 yards from a small but greatly stocked convenient store(super conchal has great staff by the way). Directions can be challenging if you don't know the area so be sure to use Google Maps! Its not this location's fault its a Costa Rican thing where exact addresses are not common ir a thing at all. Having a washer and dryer and all the ammenities of home saved me LOADS of money! And don't even get ne dtarted on the pool! Clean, visually stunning, and secluded! "

"Very comfortable, clean accommodations. Rooms are somewhat dated with decor but really enjoyed our stay. Our only accommodations in Costa Rica with air conditioning - we were so grateful! Lovely staff. Delicious complimentary breakfast. "

"We are so glad to have stayed at this wonderful property. You are well looked after with amenities such as laundry (and detergent), separate bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with all appliances - even a dishwasher. There is a wonderful concierge who provided a wealth of information and tour upon arrival. We did not have a formal check in process which made this feel like we were coming home rather than to a "hotel". The view of the marina is beautiful and rooms/balcony were private and quiet. The beds were so comfortable and house keeping was top notch, even doing our dishes and mopping (did not expect this!). Parking was easy and secure in an on site lot and there is no charge for those staying here. The infinity pool on the third floor was amazing, fairly warm and staff worked hard to clean and keep towels restocked. It is also a quiet place, we hardly saw even 5 people during mid-April. There are restaurants along the marina, shops, and more restaurants, a market and beautiful flamingo beach just a 5 minute walk down the road. I would definitely stay here again, my 8 year old son, my husband and I were happy and relaxed! "
