「Absolutely loved our stay at Nantipa. Their staff is all amazing and so attentive. They truly care about their customers & every interaction we had with them was pleasant. 「We liked every each part of our stay there. We helped with sending us a driver that gonna pick us up from the airport and then there were so welcomed and explain everything and show our studio. I had a few times that I didn’t even want to go out of our room because it was so nice the pool the sun the quiet the view everything is amazing! You feel like you woke up in the jungle. And you woke up to this view when you’re going to sleep with the view is amazing. Highly recommend.」

「It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would...

「The bungalows are on the outskirts of Santa Teresa, which was good. Santa Teresa extremely busy, lots of surfers. Beach was beautiful but not really swimmable due to rip current. Not a lot of close by restaurants to chose from」
