「This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. 「Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk. Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site. Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff.」
