Uniquely beautiful, staff are extremely polite and courteous. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal as was Restaurant and bar! Great view out patio, I spent hours setting there!

The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom not up to standard. The hotel is not close to the city center but easy to reach with the Strassenbahn if you don’t want to take your car.

The bed sheets were not clean. but above all, the receptionist was not polite at checkout. The night receptionist was nice and the place was quiet.

First of all, the brief says it has free onsite parking - it has not, we paid a regretful 14.5.. showing description of the booking, receptionist at night shift didnt care about that too İt shows a queen bed plus another one bed however there was two small bed - both was overhaul without comfort and in the mid already down Definetely a loss

Es ist für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Check in und Check out zügig und problemlos. Betten sind auch in Ordnung. Im Zimmer ist es auf den ersten Blick soweit sauber. Auf den zweiten Blick sieht man dann doch die kleinen Mängel, über die schon mehrere berichtet haben. Etwas Dreck in der Dusche, die Toilette fürchterlich verfärbt, Flecken auf den Teppichböden und auch an den Wänden und in der Minibar. Ich war auch etwas verwundert über die Frage, ob ich jeden Tag RoomService möchte. Das gehört für mich tatsächlich dazu. Eine schöne Idee wäre hier eine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ob großer oder kleiner RoomService oder gar keinen anzubieten. Mir muss niemand hinterherputzen, aber ich hätte doch ganz gern die Mülleimer geleert und Habdtücher gewechselt. Da es nur ganz oder gar nicht gibt, dann bitte jeden Tag alles. Ansonsten war es im Zimmer ruhig, Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Schlecht fand das zum Sonntag das Restutang und die Bar nicht geöffnet war. Man hatte keine Möglichkeit am Nachmittag mit der Familie Kaffee zu trinken und am Abend gemütlich an der Bar ein Getränk zu nehmen.
