"The rooms, compared to other extended stays, were a little more out dated it seemed. Which is no bother really. But I was surprised to see none of the utensils, dinner ware, cups, and even the coffee machine that usually comes with at least a few cups and other items to make coffee or tea; wasn't there. Rather had to be requested. More of the "trap/quick hookup" crowd (stereotyping, I know) seemed to be the prominently staying occupents at the time. Front desk lady was super helpful and kind, and the rooms cleanliness overall wasn't bad. "

"No the ac didn't blow good the kitchen didn't have nothing in it No coffee pot it had mold the paint was piling off the wall the floor was water warped tv had no service it was bad I am 55 and it's the worst inn I've been in "

"We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has always been wonderful! This year it was beyond horrible! Let me start by saying the front desk staff are wonderful, very polite, friendly and truly tried hard to help, but my goodness, hotel Ylem should be downgraded motel Ylem, the decline from last year to this year was astounding! Our room was gross, stains on the sofa and upholstered bed frame, room was dirty, shower was dripping so the bathroom floor was always wet, we found the last guests clothes next to the sofa which made sense because we had zero housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Each morning I asked for someone to please clean our room which never happened. Trash was overflowing, no fresh towels. coffee, coffee cups, creamer etc not refilled unless we physically went down stairs to ask for what we needed. There were no blankets on the beds, only 2 thin sheets. The room was so cold, we slept in our clothes. The next morning I asked if they could please have housekeeping place some blankets in our room, which they did not. We returned to our room very late that night so I asked the front desk for some blankets and all they had was 1 thin airplane blanket, again we slept in our clothes. I’m so disappointed and find it an absolute disgrace that this hotel had the audacity to charge what they did. I don’t care how busy or short staffed you are, be upfront that you don’t have daily housekeeping, and don’t charge the rate that you did for no service. "
