"The hotel is cute, close to NRG and lots of food options. I did not care for the policy of cleaning rooms only every third day. If you needed towels you had to ask daily at the front desk. Since no one cleaned the room people put dirty towels in halls, that is very unsanitary and an eyesore. Also we only had two people in our room if you had more I can not imagine what the trash would look like after three days. "

"No TV, sink was falling off of the wall. There were dust bunnies THICK on the ceiling above the bed where the AC blew air. The walls had cracks in them and the flooring was a laminate that had come apart and was peeling from the edges. The tub was stained a deep yellow and was chipping paint. DISGUSTED and checked out immediately after checking in. "

"Daniel who was the bartender on duty when we checked in could not have been nicer. Room was more than fine. Clean hotel. One thing that did bother us from a security standpoint: anyone without a key can access any floor in the hotel. This is a big security concern. "
