「The room needed a good clean we still had previous guests toenails in bathroom and on the carpets. The kitchen sink is dirty, oven, hotplate and range hood covered in fat and the filters are missing from the rangehood. All the crockery and cultery don't match and were dirty. There was mould on the blinds, curtains, skirting boards and in the bathroom.We could see that the place had been freshly painted and they have tried to bring it back to a 4 star but the neglect of replacing the furniture...

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...
