「We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! The hotel was always clean and well maintained. There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family...

「It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

「Really relaxing holiday, not much around to do but if you just like hanging around the pool & going down to the beach it's perfect. Not many English stay here, we met 2 families in our 2 weeks holiday.」

「Es war wiedermal ganz schön. Kann jedem nur empfehlen. Was vielleicht fehlte waren Animationen am Abend. Es gab leider nur für Kinder aber für Erwachsenen war nichts interessantes. Aber Strand ist traumhaft. Essen war gut. Service sehr freundlich. Restaurant sieht mehr nach eine Kantine aus und etwas zu klein. Insgesamt gut und empfehlenswert.」

После 5 часового поиска хозяев, приехала представитель и заявила что она не знает компанию "Hotels.com" и об нашем бронировании и денег ни каких не поступало на их счет (хотя компания Hotels.com получила от меня 100% предоплату и гарантировала 100% бронирование! Вы себе не можете представить как я и моя семья были шокированы.... Мы нашли другое жилье, но что нам...
