「The guy at the night time desk didn’t tell me about a breakfast so I figured there was none. The night time desk person needs to be more welcoming. I didn’t like having to walk past the lounge with open doors twice to get to my room. It made me feel unsafe. My room was very clean but they need to get rid of the carpet and update their furniture. The morning desk person, she was awesome. The pictures on Expedia look nicer than what the hotel really is. Nope, I wouldn’t stay there again. 」

「1 hot tub open with gross water, gross things on the floor, pool water was freezing. Had more issues and emailed but had no reply. Tried complaining to front desk but no luck. Would not recommend」

「The individual who prepared breakfast was very dedicated and the space was impeccable. I did not appreciate being dumped in a dog room, with our small non shedding dog and being billed twice and more than what was stated on Expedia. This should be an allowed choice for reservations, to add the pet fee.」

Showed up just after 2 for 3pm room was told we could go to the room but they would charge us $10 for the hour (your sure they're not going to give me ten dollars less if I check out early). Manager who eventually checked us in said it was very busy that day and the time weren't ready but the messaging received originally didn't match. Kiddo found hairs that weren't his in the bed. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast looked surprisingly good but we didn't...

「We've stayed here before as well, and both times the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are renovating and it was still clean and quiet (on a Sunday). The breakfast was great for our picky teens, there was something for us all!」

「The hotel was undergoing MAJOR construction (NOT disclosed at booking) Half of our floor was tarped off, with a strong smell of paint, dust, and stale cigarette smoke that made the stay very unpleasant, especially for our children. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The hot tub was large, but the water temperature was excessively hot, making it unusable for more than a 2 minutes. We later heard another guest report the same issue and the person at the desk using some excuse...
