「I love the Outer Banks Motel and used to stay there 15 - 16 years ago. However, now it needs some upgrading. Supposedly we had the coolest room in the motel (Room B) but we were very hot, and it was only in May! The HVAC needs some work! Also this dear place needs to install a better toilet in Room B. The tiny toilet there is probably 30 years old. It is coming loose from its mooring and you feel like you are going to get bucked off! That was even after the maintenance man came in and worked on...

「The room was very nice and the staff was helpful. However, at least 75 percent of the outdoor lights are out, which is very dangerous at night with so many stairs. It was almost impossible to find my room.」

「The hotel is used for full time residents which were having an open fight in front of their multiple children living on the premises, the screaming at each other using profanity and children running around in diapers and underwear unsupervised in the parking lot was very off putting. The hotel also accommodates local workers which live on the premises as well, very nice men but not really a family atmosphere for vacationers.
