The property needs some improvements: Holes in the dining room floor, walls in need of paint job, dirty wash cloths left in downstairs bathroom, no dressers in room to store clothing, no vacuum, no iron and ironing board, furniture is really outdated, exterior of house needs some maintenance, rotten wood around chimney and rear of house. 3).
