The hotel definitely needs some TLC. Half of my lights didn't work. The room I got for my Aunt and Mother had a broken toilet seat. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant, but the gentleman that interacted with my family could use some customer service training. I work in the hospitality ...

Owners go out of the way to be helpful. The house is beautiful, the deer love it there , so fun to see. Had an awesome weekend just being away. Harrisonville has antiques and coffee shops.
