"Didn’t use gym or facilities "

"We arrived after late flight. I had informed hotel at time of booking but was asked to contact again on arrival day so room would not be sold on. There were roadworks on the junction for hotel meaning you had to drive to next junction and return. It would be nice to have been advised of this. The roadworks also meant the carpark was full and although on asking we were told we could park anywhere in services it is a one way road and leaving would mean another detour up the motorway. We parked in HGV bay as advised by receptionist - this information could easily be shared in advance. Since our last stay there has been introduction of £5 parking charge. This is a budget hotel and it is not too expensive. When i book double room I would expect sufficient towels. We had one bath towel, no hand towels. Arriving at 01.00 you can't be bothered to go back to reception to ask for basics. We have booked another budget hotel for our next late flight so we can judge if our expectations are too high or if Ramada is no longer for us."

"Great room with water view. Breakfast good, nice bar area. Staff helpful and engaging. Generally happy, as previous. Expedia need to sync check-in time I.e they state 1400, hotel practice is 1500."

"The room was small but comfortable and service was good. Breakfast was excellent but the one lady on duty was overstretched - at least two were needed to clear tables, keep food and juices topped up etc."
