"First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

"Stayed at this property everything was as stated but then property manager made me pay cleaning fee and deposit through cash app , Then later Said I didn’t pay for property when I clearly did had receipts then after confronted by Expedia , He lies say I left the house a mess and that displaced half the water out of the hot tub that I didn’t use at all and didn’t do the dishes which I did , not to mentions I paid a cleaning fee either way . "It was nothing short of fantastic everything about it from the check in at the front desk. The young guy with long hair, who works in the afternoon was fantastic. I can’t remember his name but he was very helpful on everything. The room was super clean lots of space the shower worked great. The bed was comfortable very clean. We couldn’t find anything to complain about because everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Job well done by everyone there from maintenance to the front desk and breakfast was great large assortment of fresh food. I can’t say enough about this place."
