"Love the breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. They had two different types of waffles with chocolate batter or vanilla batter. They had strawberries, sliced almonds, chocolate chips and whipped cream to put on them. Excellent coffee choices, and good quality. Nice little blueberry scones. Theresa did a great job keeping it stocked and was very pleasant and helpful "

"I was only there 1 night, based on the recommendation of my son who has been there many times. Easy check-in, everything in order in the room, a good breakfast and easy check-out. Easy back on the freeway.🙂"

"Bed bugs "

"Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though."

"1) Our TV did not turn on and I messaged Kate who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. I am a busy working mom and one thing I do like to do when I travel and have a rare morning on my own is put on the news as I get ready for the day, but I was unable to do this. 2) Our bed creaked loudly with any movement so neither my husband or I slept well at all as we kept waking up when either of us moved 3) 3 of the 4 cardio machines I tried in the fitness center did not work (the upright bike, and both ellipticals) 4) Less important, since I assume this was from something outside the hotel's control, but there was a disgusting odor in the vestibule as we entered and left the hotel going back and forth to the events we were in town for."

"We'd stayed at this hotel last year and while it was cleaner this time around, the breakfast was not nearly as good. We had a good stay and would return again if we are in the area."

"This property has an ongoing issue with its front desk staff. I’ve been staying here for a few years and every time I checkin there are multiple issue from being told to wait as the individual acts busy addressing other issues to just downright rude behavior. After this last mess where I waited 15 minutes then told to visit the other clerk who ignored me initially, I will not be choosing this property again."
