「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「This was our 3rd stay here and as always everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we sadly had to leave. From our check in with Brandon who always treated you with a smile and so cheerful to all the staff, every time you walk in they all greet you with smiles and asking what can they do to make your stay better. There was Andrew and O’Neil, all the wonderful staff at Ike’s bistro, and Josh the beach attendant and so many more that I can’t remember everyones name but believe me not...

「Liked how it was located between Palm beach and Eagle beach. Walkable each way. Dislikes: Room generally clean but I found an old contact lens on the floor in the bathroom One or the knives had breadcrumbs on it I booked my room to be ocean view and my view was the vacation center; basically resort view. You can only see peeks of the water from the sides. When i spoke with the front desk staff, they explained the entire resort is “ocean-view” and that there was no more availability to switch...
