This room was absolutely lovely. The bathroom is wonderful but the bathtub is huge! I was shocked at the size. A very new and modern looking hotel. Loved my stay here. The hotel is very clean, the cleaners do an amazing job every day. The check in staff were welcoming. It was a great price for what you get and I'd definitely stay here again. It is very close to convenience stores and the subway/bus stops are around the corner. A 10 minute walk to the nearest large supermarket.

I visited Busan on my personal trip over a long weekend. I chose this hotel because of the review, location and price. When I arrived the hotel I was shocked to find out that this was a kind of motel, or a love hotel. My room smelled like bleach. There were not bath towels in the room. The bed was big but hard. I could hear the noise and voice from other rooms. It seemed the room inside was well maintained but the exterior was dirty. The ladies working at the reception were helpful and nice. It wasn’t as comfortable as I expected, but the location was pretty good.

The staff working at there was super nice and the place is really nice! But I have to say that the Delux room is not the one in the picture, I got a smaller room. And the most important: THIS IS A MOTEL, not a hotel!

Great rooms next to subway
Great room. I had a great price for 4 nights, but after change to one night that went up a lot. At discount rates it would be great value. Check in only 5pm, which is a bummer, although they have good organised luggage storage. 2 minutes walk from subway.

Location was really convenient, near the metro. Room was big and spacious. Big bathroom, with a big jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Though it was slightly uncomfortable with one of the toilet walls transparent. Amenities were adequate. The bigger issue we had with the room was the cleanliness. There was loose strands of hair in the bathtub and sink when we first checked in, also the towels provided was stained (looks like coffee or what not). Overall, still a comfortable stay.

We stayed in the penthouse suite for a few nights while we were in Busan. Overall, we had a good stay. The suite is gigantic, with a living room, kitchen, office/karaoke room, and two bathrooms (one is en suite; the other is a hall bathroom). There is also a large deck with a jacuzzi tub. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. Some quirks I want to mention in case you are interested in the penthouse: The penthouse is on the 11th floor but you have to walk up from the 10th floor because the elevator does not go to the 11th floor. The beds are kind of hard, as some reviewers have noted. The pillows are also on the firm side. The AC power is on the remote control, so you can't turn it on from the panel in the living room. The shower/bath in the en suite bathroom is separated by a glass door from the bedroom, so there is no privacy. A lot of the windows are covered by mirrors that can slide open, so it is a bit dark inside. The first night we stayed, there was a terrible sewer-type smell that came from the en suite toilet area. We notified the front desk and the smell mostly went away after that. Breakfast is not included--it is an extra 3000 won per person. One thing that was unclear when I booked this property was whether there was any laundry facility on premise. The answer is unfortunately no, but there is a laundromat very nearby which costs 4000 won for a wash (detergent included) and 4000 won for a dry. Each takes about 45 minutes.

The bathroom floor is dirty and there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom curtain. The bathroom door is see through so if someone is using the toilet you’ll be able to see him/her. Also the shower head holder is broken in our room.

Underrated Hotel
The staff, especially the night front desk agent who checked us in is so kind and helpful. He helped us find a currency exchange store nearby and printed our train passes for us as well. He was so approachable. The hotel location is perfect. Literally right next to a metro stop which helps us get around the city quickly and when we had to leave and check out with multiple heavy suitcases, having he metro right there saves us from a tedious travel back to the Busan Station. The room itself had enough space and was kept clean. The bathroom was spacious and there was a tub, which was to my preference. (Still do not like showering in the open right near the toilet and this is common in Asian countries) In the morning there are cereals and an expresso machine that saves us time finding coffee and a quick snack.

Highly recommended. Hotel is quaint, quiet,clean. The rooms are clean, well furnished, with computer, large screen TV,fridge and hot water pot. The night staff is unbelievably courteous, friendly and most efficient. We came in, I handed him the passport under the name the room was reserved in; he looked down, looked back up, handed me my passport and a room key. Whole check in process...less than 1 minute. When we got to our room, it did not have a window. This was no surprise - I have traveled enough in Asia for this to be known a common thing. However, common as it may be, we were not prepared for a room without being able to look out at the world and for fresh air not to be able to come in. On the way out to eat, we queried the clerk at the desk; without batting an eye, he smiled and handed us another room key. This room had a window. Wham! Bam! Thank you sir! Check out four days later was just as efficient. We handed the girl at the desk our room key, told her our room number, she said thank you ...that was done! A very nice experience with a most remarkable gentleman at the desk at night. Highly recommended!

The hotel is good if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Unfortunately the bed is very hard so if you are used to a soft bed it will not be comfortable, and the cleaning could be a little better. However overall it was exactly what I was thinking it would be. Stay here if you get it for a cheap price.

nice hotel closed to the subway station, but dark
we stayed one nite here due to bad previous accommodation. it is easy to find at the corner and the hotel is closed to the exit with elevator which helped alot when traveling with suitcase. stairs in korea are endless, frustrating. the room is equipped with computer, easy to use (but in korean language). the hot tub is good and i enjoy it with my wife... i will stay again in this hotel when i come back to Busan.

The hotel was clean, but i noticed a few hairs in the bathroom sink and behind the tub. There was also a very terrible smell like the sewage line was backed up. Since I was only staying one night, i did not complain but staying two nights in the hotel would have been difficult because of that smell. The deep soaking bathtub was good but it would have been better if the tub held water better. Even with the bathtub stopper in place, water still drained slowly from the bathtub. The bed is the basic that you get at any hotel/motel in Korea and it is hard but not unbearably uncomfortable. The hotel was very easy to find and is a 10 minute walk away from many clubs and bars.

I booked 3 rooms altogether for 3 nights. There are no windows in room so the rooms look dark and stifling. One of the rooms' chair got one broken leg which is so dangerous to the guests. One room's rubbish bin wasn't cleaned up on our arrival, which even had sanitary napkin inside which is SO gross and disgusting. On the second day one room didn't get house-keeping when we went back at the evening, so we have to asked the staff to clean up. Staff's English ability is very low and cannot communicate well with foreigners, but overall they are helpful.

The hotel is very near the subway station and there are several convenient stores and coffee shops around. However, the room was dirty with cigarette on the window frame and smoke dust on the table when we first entered the room. We have requested a room at upper floor but we were offered a room at lower floor which was very noisy as we have to open the window for fresh air under no air-conditioning. The room floor was dirty and we even dare not to use the hot pot to boil water for coffee coz it was very dirty outside of the pot!

Overall the hotel stay was comfortable and the staffs allowed us an early check in. However, the universal remote was in Korean and I have to seek help from the front desk. The staff only provide one towel and I have to request for an additional towel everyday. Nevertheless, the hotel is cosy.
