Just a nightmare

This is one of the most horrible places I have ever been. Mold, dirt, mattresses don't fit the beds. The beds themselves are broken and dirty. The table and couch are also horribly dirty. Everything smells like cigarettes. Worst of all, the beds are full of bugs that bite and drink blood. After all this hell, I went down, angry to ask for my money, it turns out they only speak Turkish. After 15 hours of driving I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Nightmare night

Cok kötüydü nasil boyle bu hataya dustuk bilmiyorum. Klima yok duvarlardan bisiler sökülmüş berbat bı görüntü. Bonyo klozet ayni yer desem yeri ic ice esyalar goruntu olarak kotu deforme . Odada kutlama yapilmis o bile temizlenmemis öylece verildi. Bos odaya yatağı koymuslar hic bi estetigi yok camlarda perde yok .

Dont stay here

Did not have our booking and said hotel.com did not pay them and no booking. Then offered a 1 bed not the 2 bed duplex we had paid for. Very stressful trying to sort out having to show them proof from my bank I had paid hotels.com. ! Can not speak English, very dirty and dusty, holes in wall, air con only connected by the tube dripping in an empty water bottle. Won’t ever stay there again
