Highly recommended, so worth money.

Very extensive kitchen. Nice and warm. Rooms spacious and quiet. No smell, it was so freshly. Lifts directly at the hotel. A little less was evening activities.

Karinna offers what ever is needed in skiing facilities a nd accompanying amenities. Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking

Great stay

great time spent in the Karinna resort. Food was good, service was good, ski station very convenient. Only issue is with the Wifi which is a bit poor in some rooms, and prices for paying services (spa, paying restaurant...) are a bit too high (big european capitals standards) while turkish Lira has been low. Not sure employees salaries have been raised that much.

What I liked most about this hotel are the staff, friendly and always willing to help, and the good food quality. The room was clean and spacious. The condition of the hotel itself are okay, maybe they could switch on more lights in the corridors. I got injured while skiing, the medical care I received in the hotel’s clinic was fast and professional. Much appreciation to the paramedic and the doctor. As for the VIP benefits, I asked not to get the bottle of wine since I don’t drink. However, I wasn’t offered the room upgrade.

Enjoyed it, with some concerns.

The bathroom is in bad condition. Walls are made of wood and you can hear all rooms. Windows are single glazed and you can hear people playing outside and singing at night.

Очень хороший отель для отдыха на Улудаге

Только положительные впечатления об отеле. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Часть сотрудников могут общаться на русском. Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Хорошая организация питания в ресторане. Комфортные большие номера, в которых, скажем так, очень тепло. У нас окно было открыто постоянно. Не всегда устойчивый wifi в номерах, в зонах общего доступа проблем не было. Т.к. снега не было и склоны для катания были не доступны, не удалось протестировать сервис по прокату горнолыжного оборудования.

Mis gibi havası var , kış oteli olduğu için öğlen ve akşam yemekleri vasat ama zaten hava almaya geldik yemek yemeğe değil, tavsiyem mutlaka teleferik seyahati ve bursa içinde iskender yenmeli :)) gece otel dışında yürüyüş imkansız gibi (karanlık ve köpek dolu) havuzu küçük ama yeterli. Sauna güzel, hamam da iyiydi.
