The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. "This is a great hotel if you want to avoid the busy city centre. It takes about 15 mins to get back to the centre by Taxi. I cant fault the hotels location if you're ok travelling by taxi or hire car. The breakfast options are good with a variety however you pay extra for an omelette."

However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. "A cosy place to stop in Bursa on the long Drive from the South Coast of Turkey to Istanbul. Close to highway makes it easy to access. Free and spacious parking space welcomes you. Food is very nice and it is also budget-friendly. The room was very clean, I saw the cleaning lady she was really cleaning with great care. I will stay there again. "Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system...
