Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice and tasty I would recommend the Welsh Breakfast "
