「Great place to stop for the night. Late check in was a breeze to organise as well!」

「When we arrived the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the fridge was dirty, cushions had marks all over them, there was food under one of the beds and there was only 1 towel when there were 5 of us booked in, not enough crockery and cutlery for 5 and nothing to use for cleaning used items. When speaking to the staff we were instantly supplied with towels and food from under the bed was removed. They promised to vacuum the room, but never did. They informed me that they had a carpet...

「Justin has certainly set the bar high in ensuring customer satisfaction. His Acacia Motel in Chinchilla was a wonderful tonic after a long day behind the wheel. The brightly coloured and individually themed rooms are mood enhancing, the service and attention to detail (eg fresh water from a cooler) was exceptional and the super comfortable Koala mattress allowed me to have an incredibly relaxing sleep. I’ve already sent videos to family and friends.」
