「Très bien accueillie a notre arrivé, le personnel s'applique a nous répondre en français mais malgré la barrière la langue (français) on arrive très bien a se faire comprendre. Endroit convivial et très propre. A proximité d'épiceries, restaurants et l'endroit est très sécuritaire. Tout ce fait a pied, même l'Europa Park (20 minutes). Nous le recommandons fortement, sommes vraiment satisfait. 」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「Sehr saubere, neu renovierte und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist ein großes Plus. Das Hotel bietet ausreichend Parkplätze und ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Europapark entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich lecker. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen und alles ist frisch, lecker und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Ich war schon mehrmals hier Gast und bin immer wieder begeistert. 」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「We arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately at the start of 2 weeks holiday period in August for the main Restaurant which we were aware of in advance. Not a problem with so many other places to eat nearby. Car parking is by entering a pedestrian precinct and then down a lane to a gated safe area at back of hotel. Staff very helpful and aware of us entering lane although we never announced our arrival. We were with friends in 2 low sports cars and no problem parking as long as you book one of the...
