Maybe the best hotel in Colmar!

Colmar is a lovely town and I couldn’t recommend anywhere better to stay than this hotel. Having travelled around France for 10 days beforehand this was by far the best hotel both for quality and location. On top of that it’s definitely worth a star more than its hotel rating.

The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Unlike many hotels there were numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. The hotel was located in a quiet area an easy 5 minute walk from Petite Venice.
