「I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. After driving all day and arriving exhausted with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in without any effort to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel. 「No kleenex - No alarm clock - Missing towel rack - No iron or board - 2 tables, no recliner (as Pictured) - key pad cover missing - Bugs on floor and in tub - roofing nails in parking lot. hoe about a toaster that toasts 2 sides of bread and jelly. no juice available. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...
