"Leider hat die Sauberkeit für uns gar nicht gepasst. Das Geschirr stand dreckig im Regal, der Mülleimer war noch voll mit Müll und unter dem Esstisch lag eine Tablette / Pille.
Lage ist allerdings super und die Kommunikation hat auch gut geklappt. "

"Zentrale Unterkunft, aber ich wurde gebeten, wegen Sanierungsmaßnahmen umzuziehen.
Bei der Rückkehr war der Zugang zum Zimmer gesperrt, ich stand 1h auf der Straße, bis nach mehreren Telefonaten ein neuer Zugangscode generiert wurde.
Zudem stank in beiden Zimmern das Bad übel faulig.
Ich würde lieber ein richtiges Hotel nehmen. Dies hier war zwar günstig und zentral, aber bei Problemen ist man recht allein gelassen. "

"The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. We had to call the administrator of the place from the train station, after we had checked out, because our son had left his phone inside and Amelie, who also spoke English was very respectful, understanding, and...
