「As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in instructions were clear, however entering the code at the sensor display was somewhat cumbersome, but it worked at the end.
