「Breakfast options good Corridor quite noisy」

「Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.」

「Beautiful setting and very welcoming by Sam. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.」

「Excellent hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. We requested for late check-out at noon and accepted easily by staff. Will definitely be back again.」

「Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. 「+Clean room. Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Nice staff. Helpful. -Poor breakfast. No scrambled eggs. Profile shows they have luggage storage but once I have booked, I received message they haven’t one.」

「Very high quality hotel. Great staff snd breakfast」

「Homely feel and helpful, friendly host. He was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. It’s in a great location, central but in a quiet street.」

「Helpful staff, basic clean room.」

「Staff was very rude」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...
