「I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are...

「I am Muzungo and my bride Ugandan. We spent our honeymoon here while enjoying Jinja’s attractions. We found the place to be nice by Uganda standards and after sorting out a few things with the very helpful staff our stay was very nice. 「The staff don’t care at all . They gave us a room which was unkept , it had no fridge , microwave or Tv inside . The lady at the reception was so unprofessional. They served us breakfast at noon . My general experience was extremely bad」

「When I arrived they told me they were not working with cheap hotels online. They refused my reservation. They had rooms, but wanted to increase the price by 50 percent more than what I had booked. I called the taxi service to come and get me. I didn’t stay there and I never will.」
