"The room was ice cold and the heating fans just blow out cold air, i turn the small radiator on but with the room so cold it could not warm the room up so i sleept under two duvets. I was then woken up regularly with the sound of dripping and running water in the fan system. Shame as when I stayed last time was a very nice experience. "
