We love this hotel

We have been here many times and we really love this hotel. It has everything what we want. Wonderful huge reception with friend staff. Huge rooms with all the comfort we need. The food is excellent. And we definitely come back again.

We arrived late at the hotel and there was still a very kind lady at the reception. I asked for toothbrush and she also gave me clear direction how to get to my room. The hotel room is also spacious and clean, there is a huge bath tab in the bathroom. Breakfast is also nice, various options in the cold food section. Coffee is also pretty good. Everything is satisfying for a short stay, I only wish the pillows are a bit harder.

Staff at the desk were efficient, but not particularly friendly. Room was clean and nice. Had trouble finding the entrance to their parking lot. It's a narrow entrance through shrubs marked with only a small unlit sign.

Wir hatten ein herrlich ruhiges, sauberes und sehr funktionales Zimmer. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Alle Ansprechpartner waren sehr zuvorkommend und sowieso insgesamt sehr freundlich. Wenn wir in Hannover bzw. in dessen Ostkreis unterwegs sind, ist das Median-Hotel in Lehrte immer unsere erste Wahl.

Hotell nära motorvägen men var uppmärksam

Enkelt att hitta och lättillgängligt från motorvägen så perfekt för en kort nattstopp. Tyvärr hade personalen varken på kvällen och morgonen någon social kompetens. Väldigt trötta och inte så trevliga. Det första rummet vi fick var inte väl städat då vi hittade hår både badrummet samt i sängen. Såg nästan ut som att någon hade sovit i sängen baserat på små hår som fanns på kuddarna samt i sängen. Fick utan problem dock bytt rum men utan någon ursäkt eller likande. Bara en ny nyckel. Det andra rummet var bättre men saknade handdukar för 2 personer. Personalen försökte även på kvällen samt morgonen vid utcheckningen ta mer betalt för parkeringen än vad det kostade. Fick vid båda tillfällena stå på mig för att inte betala för mycket. Återigen ingen ursäkt eller ens ett leende eller förklaring till varför dem försökte lura mig.
