"The only problem is lately the air cond is not cold even though we have set the thermostat to 16°C. Please maintain the aircond units properly. Please don’t control the settings from your control room to 24°C. We have paid for the room and some of us love 16°C."

"Location isnt great for travelers - it's far from many of the sites. The hotel itself is quite loud, I could have sworn windows were open in our unit but they weren't. There were no hand towels in the unit for the bathroom. The bed was quite firm. Few plug-ins in the room, which meant unplugging the bedside lamp to charge phones. No safe in the room.
