"Quick check in. Welcoming staff. Breakfast catered for all dietary requirements and lots of variety. Don't be late as closure is very punctual 0700-1000. Laundry is very useful 24hrs. Small wash takes 36 mins and dryer takes 45 mins. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Metro is a 3 min walk to entrance but prepare for an additional 5 min walk to line 3 and 6. Down town Myeongdong is only a 10 min walk away. Hotel is ideally located. There's a 24hr 711 on the ground/1st floor. The superior Twin room is very spacious. Big single beds. Could do with more space to place a second suitcase. The TV is enormous but limited for choice of English channels. City view room is great. We were on the 16th floor and could hear very little noise from traffic below. The self service luggage storage room was very useful for our late flight. Overall a fantastic stay and looking forward to staying again soon."

"Staff spoke enough english to help me anytime I had questions. Room was very clean, toilet had bidet and a steam closet was included which I used nightly to cut back on laundry. Hotel location is not a touristy area, but has close transit connections to get anywhere in Seoul. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to experience Korea in a quieter residential area."

"Very nice area and right to the Gyeongbokgung palace and temple! Nice staff and great environment. Only downside was that the hallway where my room was humid and the carpet was lifting in some areas. Besides that, the room, view, staff, food, and environment were amazing!! Thank you!! ❤️❤️"

"I’ll start with the few negatives which is just that the mattress was a little too firm and the fact that the toilet/shower were within such close proximity kinda threw me for a loop. But other than that the stay was amazing! Staff were all super friendly and nice, room was kept very clean throughout the entirety of the stay. They even let us borrow umbrellas for the whole time we were there cause we weren’t prepared lol. Overall an awesome place!"

"This is an unmanned hotel, but property is very quick to answer messages. Rooms are small but comfortable and include a refrigerator. Microwave is available in lobby. There are 19 rooms - 5 floors, but no elevator. "

"Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and as depicted in the photos. Close to the Korea University where I was able to visit my daughter. Convenient and easy to get around. I enjoyed the included breakfast. Check out was easy. I appreciate the ability to store my luggage until I can catch my flight. I wish check in could be earlier since 4pm appears late to me."
