「Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「The hotel is very basic. Staff lovely the room they gave us was too noisy we asked if we could move they gave us another room which was so much better. The bar where breakfast was served was ok however there is not much choice and you cannot deviate I.e. when I asked if I could just have toast I got a polite no. It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations.」

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

「The property is very close to the ferry as well as the road along the sea side with lots of shops and terase . Its also easy to get to other places by bus which are close by. Also the jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the evening after visiting the Island. This was a reary nice experience and I recommend it.」

「We really enjoyed our short stay. The staff very helpful and friendly」

「Staff were useless」

「The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes.」

「Food was excellent for 4 star all inc, evening entertainment was a little repetitive. All the facilities were great esp the spa and indoor pool」

「Slight dirty bedsheet and hard mattress 」

「Poor service of Sona and pool」

「This is a new hotel and there is still a lot for them to smooth over before they can live up to the 5 star rating. We had issues daily and although the staff were very nice and polite, it did feel like most of our complaints were met with a smile, but then dismissed. Guest relations did upgrade our room to the best suite for all our troubles, but unfortunately, even in that suite the pool was still too cold to use and the jets in the jacuzzi bath were not working. Despite raising this to the...
