"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"News of this property being “the worst” Hyatt Regency are greatly, GREATLY exaggeratedz. First off, it has one of the more impressive lobbies around and I don’t think the guest rooms are all that bad. Yes, there’s a light in our room that doesn’t work and some of the doors in the hallway are janky…but it feels clean and is presentable. The staff are nice and I was able to check in a full four hours early. The area around the place is hit or miss, I went for a few walks and there are people asking for money that stick close to the heavy traffic/touristy areas. As long as you go about your business, they won’t bother you but remember to be kind. "
