「I got in late and left early so didn’t experience the full services the hotel had to offer. Staff was friendly and helpful at the 24-hr reception. Gated property felt more safe than the surrounding area. My room had quite a bit of glitter and hair in the bathroom and on the bedspread. No cups for water. Some basic room amenities would improve the experience. 」
