This is not a hotel. It is a hostel at best. Low standards for a hostel also. If I wanted to stay at a hostel, then I would have chosen one and not have paid over $100 for the conditions I experienced. The website uses pictures of rooms that do not exist to get you to stay there. You get there, pay, and are put into someones bedroom which is not very clean, stained linens, no batteries in any remotes and a tv with 1 channel. A shared bathroom. The room had locked closet doors so you could not even hang anything up. When I say we did not sleep a wink, I am not exaggerating. Flood lights shining in the window and a dog literally crying and barking ALL NIGHT LONG. Thankfully we had an early flight so we just laid there until our ride came. The lady was nice but we were fraudulently charged for a hotel stay that did not happen. Shame on Expedia for allowing this on their site as a hotel and allowing a very very good Expedia customer to be charged for services not received.

Ana was graceful and welcoming despite my late arrival just before midnight. A lovely spot in a quiet cul-de-sac close to EXE Airport in Buenos Aires - perfect!

Nice modern room, strong Wi-Fi, extremely clean and well kept. Almost a full kitchen in the room. They provided fruit, donuts, cookies, coffee and tea in the room. Anna and her gal pals were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location, but less than a 10 minute Uber drive from EZE airport.

Place was amazing! Anna did a good job to host me! One of my concerns is that I was coming really late for checkin, but she stayed up and waited for my arrival. Room was clean as well as bathroom, and the common areas are well maintained and have nice decor. Received excellent hospitality including morning breakfast! Would recommend this stay especially if you need a night sleep nearby EZE airport

No tiene nombre para saber cual es la propiedad. Cuando al fin respondieron a la campana - no timbre - te reciben varios perros y poco después la dueña. Al pedirle que aislara los perros se limitó a decir "no muerden" y que no era necesario guardarlos. Y que el anuncio decía que tenía perros, le dije que lo que decía era que se aceptaban perros - no que tenían perros. No me gustó la actitud de la mujer ni el ambiente de la propiedad por lo que decidimos no quedarnos.

Como nosso voo era de madrugada, procurávamos por algo próximo ao aeroporto de Ezeiza pqra facilitar o deslocamento. Encontramos Annas sem muita expectativa, mas fomos surpreendidos com a recepção pela própria anfitriã e pelo cuidado em deixar uma bela.mesa de café de manhã, mesmo fugindo do horário. Trouxe uma sensação de estarmos em casa. Recomendo demais.

I had an overnight layover in eze and picked Ana’s as my flight was delayed. I was put in a great apartment and then after a few hours after I arrived Ana told me that she put me in the wrong room so I had to move upstairs to a smaller room. When I got back from my trip weeks later, I checked my credit card and realized that I had been charged for the room even though I paid her cash for it. She gave me the price with a credit card and it was significantly more expensive but somehow it was still charged. I tried to contact the property through hotels.com and no one responded so then I tried to get my money refunded through hotels.com and they said they tried numerous times to contact the property and they couldn’t get through. But the price on my card is what she quoted me. So instead of paying 67.50$ for the room I ended up paying $147.50 for a few hours as my flight was early the next morning. I am not sure if it was intentional or a mistake. Ana was lovely but the fact I was double charged is an issue. So ensure that you pay on the app and not at the property to avoid the issue as hotels.com can’t refund if you pay at the property

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay. I was treated so kindly by everyone there. It was so convenient to and from the airport. They went above and beyond helping me check in for another flight online, since the site was in Spanish and I could not do it alone. Planning to stay there again as I work my way back up South America from Ushuaia.
