Location is excellent. Room is small, well appointed, bathroom door system is strange. Air works excellent. We asked for a 5:45 taxi to Retiro, was there promptly and big enough for 4 peoples suitcases. Would use again!

Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel and Convention Center
The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!
