Mala experiencia en el Hotel

Bastante mal !!!!. Cuando contrate sabia que el SPA estaba fuera de servicio, pero mi sorpresa fue cuando llegue y también me dijeron que la Pileta cubierta tampoco funcionaba, en fin la parte de servicios no funciona, entonces que servicio puedo utilizar. Como minimo lo que se espera es que cuenten la verdad de como esta funcionando el Hotel para que uno pueda elegir. La experiencia mala, no recomendaría el Hotel, y creo que jamas volveré.

En mantenimiento, pero muy agradable

El hotel está con refacciones, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque no andaba bien el aire acondicionado y la ventana estaba rota; pero nos pasaron a una habitación preciosa con todo impecable; camada súper cómoda. Él área de la piscina está sin mantenimiento pero está en perfecto estado y es muy tranquila y agradable para estar. El desayuno impresionante y muy rico! El personal súper atento y amable. Volvería pidiendo exclusivamente la misma habitación.

una de las peores experiencias en Hoteles. Lllegamos y no tenian la reserva que ya habiamos pagado. El hotel sin mantenimiento, habitacion super ruidosa, imposible dormir con el ascensor al lado. La calefaccion con aire ruidoso. La bañera tapada. Al otro dia volvimos a la noche y no habian hecho el cuarto...estaba tal cual lo de dejamos. La verdad, imposible de habitar.

Buena experiencia

Muy buena experiencia, después de reservar leímos comentarios que nos preocuparon bastante. Al llegar al hotel nos sorprendió para bien. La pileta estaba climatizada como esperábamos y pudimos disfrutar de ella. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Se nota que fueron remodeladas, único detalle el techo de la habitación y qué hay pocos enchufes y de tres patas. Sino tenes adaptador estás al horno ( nos prestaron uno en el hotel) con respecto a que se hospedan equipos de fútbol, es cierto nos topamos con Almagro pero a diferencia de otros comentarios no fueron ruidosos y se pudo descansar muy bien. Desayuno bueno podrían mejorar la pastelería. Detalle a mejorar cuando bajas al estacionamiento hay una montaña de piedras al estilo decoración muy riesgosa para entrar con el auto recomiendo sacarlas
