The room was spacious enough for me and my kids but, the walls and the floors were dirty. When we first approached the room housekeeping was still inside cleaning the air conditioning unit. Overall it was a good stay for me and my kids.

Over the top great ! As with any budget hotel, the staff can make or break it at check in… Matias deserves 5 stars alone ! Friendly , accommodating and efficient. The rooms , very clean and well appointed. The pool, sparkling and inviting and breakfast was perfect. Try the waffles with cream cheese and strawberry jam ! Top it off with fruit yogurt ! Great stay, can’t wait to return

Room was “overall” clean but many details overlooked: Curtains are very dirty and stained. Towels were clean but stained. Cold water faucet handle was broken, would not stay attached. Light switches were dirty. Dresser had one drawer that would not open at all. Pool area is nice but outside of rooms are bleak looking. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Area near dumpster was unsightly, a tub and toilet were exposed but were eventually picked up.

This place is in poor shape. When we first walked in it looked ok just a little old, but then we realized the room had barely been cleaned. We found fake eyelashes and food crumbs on the floor and insects and spider webs in the bathroom. Since we were only booked for one night and most of our time would be spent at Knott’s I figured we could power through and leave early in the morning. Then when I was sleeping I felt something fall on my neck, upon getting up and looking on the bed I saw an insect run across the bed. I woke the family up and checked out. The only nice thing I have to say is the front desk did allow us an early check-in but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Never Again!!! When we arrived at our room. Door card would not work. Got a new one. It didn’t work. Maintenance came. Door was stuck. Inside room it smelled like something died!!! It was the refrigerator! Maid came and cleaned again. This was within the first hour of our arrival. Next morning coffee maker didn’t work. The hotel was not able to repair or replace it. Continental breakfast was waffles and white toast. No fruit or muffins. At least there was coffee. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. The police were there twice the first night. Front desk said they do that. Staff attitude was we are full so you get what you get.

Check in and out was good. The pools are not heated but that was fine for the 30+ weather we experienced. During our one week stay the suite we stayed in wasn’t ever cleaned, one evening I called and asked them to come and clean the next day and all they did was remove the used towels and emptied one garbage. Didn’t change sheets or make the beds or even clean the counter or bathrooms. Another evening we had one giant cockroach run thru our room. Breakfast was provided every morning with waffles, toast, coffee and juice, and yogurts. This was a great way to start our days. Wifi throughout the motel but was mostly weak.

thank you for the stay. The place is quiet and very accessible to shops and restaurants, and the staff have been very accommodating. Breakfast was good as well. Our room was okay, but we did want to share that the shower heater wasn’t working properly and was difficult to adjust. There was also a noticeable old-house smell in the bathroom. It might be something to check or consider renovating in the future. Thank you again.

Our rooms AC was vibrating the whole night and did not let us sleep. Along with our noisy neighbors next us at night and in the morning. The guy who checked us in was a little rude although he was dealing with a rude customer before us, but still he didnt have to give us attitude. After telling the front desk in the morning of the AC. The lady seemed bery unapologetic and said okay.
