"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. Bathroom could've used a Hoover/clean - few dead (and living) creatures in there. We walked to the local town and hired bikes from the hotel to explore further out. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly. Unfortunately we had allergies to dust mites in the facility and were not provided with any sort of response signaling that the staff would take measures to even check for dust mites or deep clean the facility in response to our feedback.
