「Raphael at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He took time to look up and explain our bus route from Belamendina to Esteponia. Clean cheerful room with balcony was nice. Bed was comfy! Very happy!」

「Small hotel in an ideal location for our needs. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious with a kitchen and dining room table and chairs. Plenty of storage space in bedroom area. Balcony with small wooden table and two chairs. Metal pull out clothes line on balcony was useful. Bathroom OK but found the shower over a rounded botyom bathtub and no safety bars to hold onto a little unsafe. Rooms clean. Cleaner every other day. Breakfast OK. 」

「It’s a fabulous hotel, with amazing facilities and lovely staff. The food is also first class and reasonably priced. We loved the Med restaurant and the Arara bistro restaurant was our favourite! I think the bedrooms could have been larger, with comfier chairs on the balcony and around the table. The ventilation was also not that well designed from the toilet into the room. But nonetheless it was a fab experience and we would go again. 」

「Professional efficient friendly staff. The rainforest atrium is exceptional. The food was delicious. The public train & bus and the free hotel shuttle schedule were frequent and mostly on time. 」

「The welcome form the staff here was exceptional. We arrived late and our Sat Nav took us to the rear of the Hotel where a friendly builder directed us to the back entrance to the Hotel, which was hard to see in the dark. Everything in the room was perfect and as described - 5 stats all round thank you 」

「La propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée, la VMC ne fonctionnait pas de ce fait il y avait beaucoup d'humidité après l'utilisation de la douche, à peine la moitié des chaines de la TV fonctionne et les chaines française ne fonctionne pas, l'insonorisation est très médiocre on entend tout ce que les voisins font...
