「The room is comfortable and clean but a little old. Breakfast is great and taste good. Location is good and Uber driver all know this 5 star hotel. The pool has music activity every day and till 10:00pm. So it is not suitable to have conference call in hotel and music is a little louder to do job in business. If you just go for fun, it's really a best choice hotel.」

The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.」

「When we requested them for fridge requirement, they upgraded our room to so called best room (suite). It was poorly maintained room with no fridge, rusted kettle, leaking tap, unusable table, and only one towel, empty soap dispenser. Lift was stinking. The only good thing about this property was they had separate space for parking and staff were polite and helpful.」

「Property is in a bad stinky neighborhood. the staff didn’t listen to my request to give me a rain check. I booked this hotel by mistake and then had to checkout in few hours without using the facility. The location is not good community or neighborhood as per locals」

「Not at all good. Bath room taps are of 19th century and water gushing out w/out tap. Center hall was full of rubbish. Lift did not work. Safety hand rails missing in 2nd floor stair. AC had no remote. Has to climb on sofa to adjust. Window ply screens were dancing」

「This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well.
