This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The last time was four years ago but this is the only place I’ll stay and the place I recommend to friends. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Location is the best. Simple walk to the Christmas markets in just a few minutes. Stayed with my mother and we never felt unsafe walking at night in the area. Two convenient little food stands right by the hotel for reasonable langos, chimney cakes and crepes. Grocery store close by and lots of restaurants.

Good place to stay in centre of town

The apartment is well equipped and in the centre of Budapest. Overall it’s a great place to stay and the staff were all very helpful. They had air conditioning but they don’t allow it to be used until June. The apartment was rather hot but they had unusual weather for April so usually this probably isn’t an issue.

The location is perfect . The apartment was very big but quite old and there was only one air-condition in the living room for the whole 120m apartment therefore it was very hot in the bedrooms. There is a grate terrace with a view . As a compensation for the air-condition situation we received a breakfast for free! Normally breakfast costs 15 euro per person , for that amount it is totally not worth it.

Flight, dirty location with showers that flood the entire bathroom. Nasty long hairs on the pillows. Staff was unwilling to be helpful and the place is a literal nickel and dime operation. Only “hotel” on earth with a 10am check out. Avoid this dive and stay literally anywhere else.

It was a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the location and property after having a mix up with my booking when I arrived late at night, it was quickly resolved and the ladies at the reception were helpful particularly Viktoria. I expected a bit more on the cleaning but was told it’s only once a week because it’s an aparthotel which was very disappointing. But the checkout was the biggest issue for my stay with no flexibility provided whatsoever even though it wasn’t a busy period especially after spending 14 days

Zimmer war geräumig und modern (IKEA Stil) eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Allerdings hat das Zimmer schrecklich gerochen (Fäkalien-Geruch - Problem mit Abfluss?). Das Zimmer selbst war sauber + im Badezimmer waren sehr viel Spinnweben und leider im Duschbereich auch einiges an Schimmel. Die Location war toll, allerdings war ich irritiert, da es sich hier nicht um ein Hotel handelt, sondern um ein ehemaliges Einkaufszentrum: aus den einzelnen Einkaufsläden wurde Hotelzimmer gemacht. Die Schaufenster wurden hierfür mit Milchglas-Folie beklebt.
