Very well located close to Keleti. More prominent signage would be helpful because entrance to the property is recessed. Pleasant staff with very practical siteseeing suggestions that helped us to get more from our sojourn than expected. Would definately recommend.

Property itself was excellent. Problem was street beggars and homeless people would congregate outside entrance to apartments. Must also be hospital close by as you hear the ambulance's going up and down all night. The rooms are very clean and they do supply all the amenities.

The one room apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Nice & warm in February, very quiet residence, right opposite main train and metro station. Soap, washing up liquid and towels all provided. Right next to many eating outlets such as KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, pizza shop, gyros kebab shop. Reception only open 10am-1800hrs so let them know if you’re arriving after this time, we did and there was no problem, easy checkin as they knew we were arriving about 19:30. Any issues were resolved quickly after speaking to reception. Seemed to have been recently refurbished and everything was nice. Aldi & Lidl nearby time purchase food. Main city & shops 20minutes walk away.

The size of the property was great. Close to everything we wanted to see. Communication between the property and myself were brilliant.... really enjoyed my stay.

I specifically requested for a non-smoking room but, to my family’s dismay, the room given us had a heavy smell of cigarette. I thought the odor would go on the 2nd day, but it still lingered until the 5th day, our departure. Also, the bathroom lock didn’t work. On our 4th night, our room keys didn’t work as well. However, it was an ideal location because the Keleti train station is just across the street. Could have been a perfect holiday:(

Nice apartment next to station.
The apartment is conveniently situated next to the Keleti station with train and metro. Friendly English speaking staff. Clean. Nice way to stay in Budapest, if you like privacy.

View from the penthouse as advertised is impressive, however, not all rooms are that impressive, for example I wish I could see that we didn't have a shower room in our studio apartment. There are very helpful and capable people working for UCBA hence we are very happy about our stay in these apartments.

I loved everything about this apartment. It was huge. Bedding was nice. We had 2 bedrooms. Big kitchen and dining table. Washing machine. Person to check us in. And sold us tickets for the hop off hop on bus. Located right across from the train station. Grocery store nearby. Also had a huge bathroom with a shower and a smaller bathroom with just a toilet and sink. 2 bathrooms was awesome as there were 4 of us. Very clean apt. Highly recommend.

I loved the location. Right on a metro stop and close to the mall. I was surprised at how big the room was. It even had a small kitchen with a fridge. Excellent value.

Good, but not clean
Good location if you are arriving at the Keleti train station (across the street), with many places around to get a quick bite We were very disappointed with the cleanliness, after 10 mins of our toddlers walking bare foot and crawling, their feet/hands/knees were completely dirty, as if they had been on a dirt field. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time (even after getting out of the shower). It was only one quick night, so we didn't mention it (we left before the front desk opened). The apartment we had was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen.

I liked the location. Also that the window to my room opened. You don’t get that I’m America. Very nice. Pizza place downstairs is open late and there’s little markets right around the corner as well. I was a solo traveler. This place is guarded very well. Felt very safe. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Easy check in. Spacious room and liked having a little kitchen and fridge. Perfect stay. Especially if you decide to take a trip to another city using the train. It’s right across the street.

Excellent studio with a kitchenette for a great price. Right across from a major train station— but no appreciable noise. Goodly way from old town but lots of public transport right there. Plus my place had a washing machine in the bathroom.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This place is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, even has a washing machine and efficient air con. stunning city views, great value for money, only criticism would be the size and quantity of towels provided! Train station right across the road, very quiet (when windows shut) despite busy road!

Great location, and the room was good except, there was no daily housekeeping (I checked my booking and it was suppose to be daily housekeeping). Ran out of toilet paper, no tissues, no hand soap. The shower curtain was not big enough, so when you showered there was water everywhere on the floor, so much so you could see the evidence that the cupboard was swelling. The hand held hose needed a hook. The toilet seat and lid were loose so moved all the time. I stayed for 3 days, and apart from all that the late afternoon when I checked in I was told that the next day they would be changing the lock on my door to a swipe card, it didnt happen, it didnt happen on any of the 3 days I was there. They must have noted the look on my face when they told me that, and thought, 'oh maybe we should get the locks changed when she checks out and before the next person checks in'

The location of the property was excellent. You are right beside supermarkets, bars and only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The apartment was very modern, however the room itself was pretty basic (the advertised pictures where off the penthouse suite, when in fact we actually paid for a standard two person courtyard room) which was a bit disappointing but in saying that we had everything we needed and it was clean. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and had a great time.

Our courtyard view apartment was very quiet even though the building is on a busy main road across from the railway station. It is super easy to get to via public transport and the staff were very helpful upon check in when we arrived late at night. Unfortunately our apartment was missing some of the cutlery and plates etc and some of them had been left a little dirty - nothing we couldn’t fix by washing up though! Overall the apartment was lovely and modern, only a slight bit of mould near the window, and it suited our needs perfectly for our short stay in Budapest.
