"Don’t stay here if you’re planning to cook your own food. The kitchen had no utensils to cook with at all, no pots or pans, or anything of the sort. Why stay in an apartment that you can’t cook your own food in? It’s pointless."

"A full Rubbish bag was left in our room on top of the mini bar. The pool is tiny and was absolute chaos. The car park is not that close (2 blocks over) and at night you will have to walk through the homeless camped at the base of the car park building which was pretty confronting with small kids in tow. No complimentary water provided in the rooms. Too many things to make this a less then average place to stay. Had to ask about the parking process and they charge you double if you want valet....

"Happy with the accomodation with regard to the room facilities, AC unit kept changing the temperature overnight leaving the room cold in the morning. Location is good within the city. Close to amenities and good food places. Real let down was the pool and spa. Absolutely freezing, if it was heated it was either not working or the 2 ice baths sitting next to them were being emptied into the pool. Made it unusable and there was nothing done to rectify after multiple comments made. Kids were...

"The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast...
